There are records relating to civil matters under decimal 014. There are requests for permission to visit occupation zones under decimal 371. Many of these are requests from businessmen for permission to visit Germany or Japan. There are also documents relating to the apparently successful attempt by Alma Mahler-Werfel to visit Vienna, Austria in 1947 filed under decimal 371 section 12. There are records relating to war crimes under decimal 250.401. There are records relating to the restoration of trade under decimal 091.31. There are records relating to the Civil Affairs Holding and Staging Area under decimal 354.1. There are records relating to the restoration and preservation of art and archives under decimal 000.4. There are records relating to prisoners of war under decimal 383.6. There are records relating to refugees, displaced persons, and repatriation under decimal 383.7.
